Is Sapna Jewelry handmade?

Yes! Every single piece is handcrafted by Sapna herself, from start to finish, in her home studio in NYC. That's what makes each piece truly one of a kind!
What materials do you use?

All Sapna Jewelry pieces are made in sterling silver or 10k, 14k, or 18k gold. Only solid fine materials built to last.
How do I care for my jewelry?

Store your pieces in a cool, dry place — ideally in a pouch or box. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfume. Remove jewelry before swimming or showering when possible. A little care goes a long way with fine metals.
Where do you ship?

We ship currently within the United States only. USPS Priority 1-3 day shipping is available with tracking on every order, and with signature confirmation on any order over five hundred dollars. We do this so we can track the entire journey of your package and make sure it arrives safely in your hands and your hands only. For custom, made to order items, please allow for 4 to 8 weeks for production.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. Because each piece is handmade to order with care and precision, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please reach out right away!
How do I know my ring size?

If you're unsure, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for a professional sizing. You can also find printable ring size guides online. When in doubt, reach out! We are more than happy to help.
Do you offer resizing?

Yes! Resizing is available for a fee. Reach out via the Custom Jewelry page and we'll get you sorted.
Do you do custom jewelry?

Yes! Custom work is one of our favorite parts of this job. We can source a wide range of stones and work with you to design something completely unique. Head to the Custom Jewelry page to get started.
How long does a custom piece take?

It depends on the piece! Engagement rings and wedding bands typically take 2–3 months (sometimes longer). All other custom pieces take about 1–2 months. Made-to-order pieces take 2–3 weeks. Ready-to-ship items leave within 2–3 business days.
Do you make engagement rings and wedding bands?

Absolutely! These are some of the most meaningful pieces we make. We'll work closely with you to design something that feels entirely yours. Just know that rings of this nature take 2–3 months or more — and that timeline is built into the care that goes into every step.
Can you source a specific stone?

Most likely, yes. We have access to a wide range of gemstones. Tell us what you're looking for in your custom inquiry and we'll let you know what's possible!
